Your Workshops

Entrepreneur/Business Leader Edition

Overcome Imposter Syndrome and Stop Self-Sabotage

with Alison Shamir

This transformative workshop is designed for high-performing female entrepreneurs and business leaders. Alison will dive deep with you into the roots of Imposter Syndrome, Fears & Self Doubt, all common barriers that can overshadow your success. Despite your remarkable achievements and capabilities, you might often find yourself questioning your worth and fearing that you are not as competent & capable as others perceive you to be, that you’re ‘fooling everyone’. Imposter Syndrome & other psychological fears thrive on being silent saboteurs, but they can be confronted, controlled and/or even overcome entirely. It's time to rattle their foundations so you can present, perform, grow and scale as your most authentic and powerful self in and out of the business

Effective Negotiation and Influence Skills

with Noa Sheer

Our second workshop, led by the world-class Noa Sheer, an expert in Negotiation, Persuasion, and Influence, promises to revolutionise your approach to crucial conversations. She'll empower you with invaluable skills to navigate both internal and external discussions, ensuring you achieve your desired outcomes.

During this workshop, we'll delve deep into decision-making processes in negotiations, addressing biases and intangible factors that impact agreement. Tailored specifically for female business owners and entrepreneurs, we'll tackle the unique challenges and advantages we encounter in negotiations.

Investing in refining these skills is vital for daily negotiations, equipping you with the tools needed to thrive in the business world.
