Retreat 4 - 7 March 2024

General

Compliance: FemPowered and all third-party suppliers involved in organising and executing the retreat will adhere to the regulations set by the NSW Government.
Expenses: FemPowered is not liable for any expenses you incur in preparation for a cancelled retreat, including but not limited to airline tickets, loss of work, and other associated costs.
Assumption of Risks: FemPowered does not accept responsibility for any known or unknown risks, injuries, or damages that may occur during the retreat. This includes travel, program activities, and the use of accommodation and facilities provided.
Ticket Non-transferability: This is a by invite-only event, and your ticket cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash or other benefits.
Liability: Guests attending the event assume all risks associated with participation and understand that FemPowered holds no liability for any injuries or damages incurred during the event.
Confidentiality: Personal information collected from members during registration will be kept confidential and used solely for event-related communications.
Professional Conduct: Guests attending the event are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times. The organisers reserve the right to remove individuals from the event for inappropriate behaviour.

Payment

Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon receiving full prepayment. Once your booking is made, your spot at the retreat, including accommodation and other inclusions, is confirmed. No refunds or transfers can be offered in the event of a cancellation.
Holding Spots: Spots cannot be held or secured over the phone or via email.
Non-refundable: All tickets and payments are non-refundable.
Late Arrival/ Early Departure: We do not offer credit or discounts for guests arriving late or leaving early.
Price and Currency: All prices are in AUD and exclude GST. Prices are per person.
Acceptance: By making a payment, you agree to and accept our Booking Terms and
Conditions. FemPowered reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without notice.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: All cancellations must be submitted in writing to email: hello@fempowered-women.com
Replacement: If an attendee is unable to attend, they may suggest another guest to replace their attendance. This has to be requested in writing to email: hello@fempowered-women.com. This request is subject to approval. If no replacement can be found, the full payment will be forfeited.
External Components: Attendees are responsible for cancelling flights, travel insurance, and any other components booked outside of the retreat package purchased through FemPowered. Cancellation policies of individual suppliers must be adhered to.

Force Majeure

Termination without Liability: The performance of this Agreement may be terminated without liability if circumstances beyond the control of either party arise. Such circumstances may include acts of God, war, government regulations, disasters, civil disorder, or curtailment of transportation facilities, to the extent that providing or using third-party facilities and services becomes illegal or impossible.

Use of Written and Photographic Material

Feedback Usage: If you provide feedback through surveys, social media, or email, FemPowered may use it in marketing content.
Marketing Material: Photographs and videos taken during the event.
