Our combined experience working with female business owners and women who pioneer professional lives has led us to believe that when teamed together, there is nothing us ladies can’t achieve.
Our careers have offered us front row seats to small, medium and large businesses across many countries and industries. Yet along the way, we’ve consistently found ourselves witnessing a sense of self-doubt, imposter syndrome, inner criticism and even self-loathing in far too many amazing women.
We hear you. We feel you. And we want to change that.
Our Community exists to provide women with a genuine network of support. Strong and compassionate women who are not only qualified to offer advice but know how to have lots of fun in the process.

Meet the Team
Laura Holderness
With a background and qualifications in Psychology, Management and Counseling, Laura has a personal and deep passion for Leadership and Empowerment of others and those around her.
She has demonstrated this throughout her career, most evidenced by the multi-million dollar Leadership Portfolio she created within her last business - specialising in Women’s Leadership.
Her knowledge and thirst for leadership has been developed and refined also with operational experience, having managed and led over 500 team members globally. She has managed redundancies, PR scandals, pandemics, earthquakes at events, overnight VISA working restrictions - as well as a lot of performance management - the good and the bad.
She has been called on by Clients such as the Aus/ NZ Government, Westpac, Google, Facebook, Nike, ANZ, Westfield, Frucor, Woolworths & Coles - to deliver the best leadership training for their teams across APAC.
Her greatest source of pride is the support and guidance she has been able to offer other Founders and business women, trapped in self limiting behaviours and masculine environments.
She most recently undertook trainings in Imposter Syndrome and Emotional Literacy and Grief Work.
Ana Leal
Ana specialises in always being at your service. Drawing on a diverse career built on being the ultimate problem solver and event manager, she not only supports and elevates our group’s community but busily caters to your personal needs both on the ground and behind the scenes.
Ana’s event management expertise derives from many years of experience coordinating conferences, high-end incentives and group retreats in Europe and Australia.
She specialises in crafting unique events and unforgettable guest experiences that leave a lasting memory on every attendee — from the who’s-who of showbiz such as Madonna, Elton John, or Lady Gaga to local community groups and even Bridezillas.
An entrepreneurial spirit herself, Ana draws on her charm, creativity and professional mind-set to achieve any task she sets herself and has both helped small businesses and launched her own successful projects. Her acute attention to detail, sense of intuition and commitment to get all the little things right: ensure that events under her leadership are smooth, special and successful.
